摘 要:在装甲车辆复杂行驶工况下,大功率电力电子器件在开关关断过程中产生电压尖峰、电流尖峰及高频开通关断造成了开关损耗所带来的温升是影响系统可靠性的重要因素,目前大部分的仿真方法无法对纳秒级的开通关断过程进行准确仿真。针对该问题,基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的高速并行优势开展大功率电力电子器件开关暂态过程的仿真,对IGBT的模型进行了离散化,进行了相应的FPGA软件设计及Matlab仿真验证,并进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,该仿真快速准确,能为功率变换装置器件选型和系统散热器设计、提高系统可靠性及电磁兼容性提供重要参考依据。Voltage spike and current spike produced in switch-on-off process of high power electronic device and tem- perature rise caused by switching loss brought by high-frequency switch are significant factor that influence system reliability in circumstance of complex driving cycle of armored vehicle.Most simulation method failed to simulate nanosecond-level switch-on-off process accurately at present.Thus carried on transient switch-on-off process simulation of high power electronic device based on taking advantage of high-speed and parallel processing of field programmable gate array(FPGA).Dicretized continuous model of IGBT and designed software based on FPGA and implem- ented Matlab discrete model simulation then offered experimental verification.The experiment shows that the simulation method is rapid and valid and it manages to provide device type selecting of power conversion unit, radiator design and reliability and electromagnetic compatibility with important reference.
