摘  要:【目的】为明确漂浮烟苗立体繁蜂方法的繁蜂效果。【方法】比较了立体繁蜂与常规漂浮烟苗的繁蜂量,分析了3层繁蜂架层间繁蜂效果与层间光照强度、温度、湿度关系。【结果】繁蜂架上层的繁蜂量(456.93头/株)极显著(P<0.01)高于中层(257.26头/株)和下层(233.16头/株),其主要原因是繁蜂架上层的光照强度极显著高于中层、下层的光照强度(P<0.01),层间光照强度与繁蜂量呈极显著相关关系(P<0.01),与温度、湿度呈极弱相关。【结论】在占地面积相同的情况下,立体繁蜂的繁蜂量较常规漂浮烟苗繁蜂的多213 284头/m^2,是常规漂浮烟苗繁蜂的2.39倍。[ Objective and Method ] The effect of three-storey to reproduce Aphidius gifuensis was studied using floating tobacco seedling technology. [ Result ] The numbers of the first storey floating tobacco seedling to reproduce Aphidius gifuensis ( 456.93 heads per plant) was higher than that of the second storey(257.26 heads per plant) and the third storey(233.16 heads per plant). The illumination intensity of first storey was higher than that of the second storey and the third storey. There was significant correlation between iUumination intensity and aphid numbers, and no significant correlation between temperature, relative humidity and aphid numbers. [ Conclusion ] The numbers of three-storey floating tobacco seedling technology to reproduce Aphidius gifuensis was higher than that of normal floating tobacco seedling technology to reproduce Aphidius gifuensis. The former was 2.39 times of the latter and 213 284 heads per square meter more than the later under the same area.
