摘 要:【目的】研究对节白蜡的抗病原因,探寻新的生物农药。【方法】对对节白蜡树叶中的化合物质进行了分离提取,并将提取物分别对小麦赤霉病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、棉花红腐病菌、核桃根腐病菌、马铃薯早疫病菌、苹果斑点落叶病菌进行室内生物活性测定试验,为了进一步锁定有效成分,对乙酸乙酯萃取物进行了柱层析初步分离,并进行了组分杀菌活性测定。【结果】在500μg/m L浓度下,乙酸乙酯萃取物整体表现出较好活性,其中对苹果斑点落叶病和棉花红腐病的抑制率分别达到78.0%、69.0%。组分1和组分4整体表现出优于其他组分的杀菌活性,其中组分1对棉花红腐病、苹果斑点落叶病的抑制率分别达到70.0%和79.0%,组分4苹果斑点落叶病的抑制率也达到74.0%。【结论】对节白蜡提取物对部分病菌具有一定的抑制效果,为研究对节白蜡的抗病原因打下了一定的基础。[ Objective ] The present paper aims to study the cause of disease resistance of Fraxinus hupehensis and explore new biology pesticide. [ Method] The leaves of Fraxinus hupehensis were extracted and the fungicidal activities were tested in vitro. For locked active components further, the ethyl acetate extract was preliminarily separated by column chromatography and the fungicidal activities were tested in vitro. [ Result] The bioassay results indicated that the ethyl acetate extract showed better fungicidal activities than other extract. In particular, the ethyl acetate extract showed bioactivity against Fusarium rot of cotton and Alternaria alternataf, sp. mall with the rate of 78.0 % and 69. 0 % at the concentration of 500 (g/mL). The bioassay results also indicated that component 1 and component 4 showed better fungicidal activities than other components. In particular, component 1 showed bioactivity against Fusarium rot of cotton and Alternaria alternata f. sp. mall with the rate of 70.0 % and 79.0 % at the concentration of 500 ( g/mL, component 4 also showed bioactivity against Alternaria alternataf sp. mall with the rate of 74.0 % at the concentration of 500 (g/mL). [ Conclusion ] The extract of Fraxinus hupehensis leaves showed a certain fungicidal activities against some fungi, that lay a certain foundation for studying the cause of disease resistance of Fraxinus hupehensis.
