摘　　要：入住新生儿重症监护室（NICU）的早产儿成为患儿父母不可忽视的压力源.父母的情绪问题对早产儿的成长、发育及心理健康影响深远.积极有效的压力护理可以帮助患儿父母缓解压力、建立亲子关系并成功完成角色转换.NICU护理应将关注重点由疾病护理拓展到患儿及其父母整体护理.本文就早产儿父母压力护理措施进行综述.The premature infant in neonatal intensive care unit （NICU） is the pressure source of their parents. Parents＇ emotional problems have a profound impact on the growth,development and mental health of their infants. Positive and effective pressure care can help parents relieve stress,establish parent-child relationship and successful complete the role transiting. The focus of NICU nursing care should be expanded to holistic nursing for the children and their parents. In this paper,the pressure nursing measures for premature infant＇s parents will be summarized.
