重庆地区妊娠晚期孕妇睡眠质量影响因素的调查

摘　　要：目的探讨影响孕妇孕晚期睡眠质量的危险因素。方法应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI),选取2014年1月-2016年5月在重庆市开州区人民医院、重庆市合川区人民医院产科妊娠晚期(≥28周)孕妇进行抽样调查。本次共调查孕妇146例,回收有效问卷137例,有效率93.84%。采用χ2检验,Logistic回归分析妊娠晚期孕妇睡眠质量的影响因素。结果51例妊娠晚期孕妇出现睡眠障碍,占37.23%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,每周运动时间≥6 h、近期无家庭矛盾是孕妇妊娠晚期睡眠质量的保护因素(P<0.05);既往有自然流产史是妊娠晚期孕妇睡眠质量的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论重庆地区孕妇孕晚期睡眠障碍发生率高,应注意孕期家庭矛盾和自然流产史对孕妇睡眠质量的影响,适度运动改善孕妇睡眠质量。Objective To explore the risk factors of sleep quality among late pregnant women. Methods PSQI was used to survey sleep quality among the women during the third trimester of pregnancy （ ≥ 28 gestational week） from Department of Obstetrics in People＇s Hospital of Kaizhou District and People＇s Hospital of Hechuan District in Chongqing from January 2014 to May 2016. A total of 46 pregnant women were surveyed, and 137 valid questionnaires were retrieved finally, the effective rate was 93.84%. X2 test and logistic regression a- nalysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of sleep quality among late pregnant women. Results The incidence rate of sleep disor- der was 37. 23% （51 women） . Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that exercise I〉6 hours per week and no conflict in family were protective factors for good sleep quality （ P〈0. 05 ） ; history of spontaneous abortion was a risk factor for good sleep quality among late pregnant women （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion The incidence rate of sleep disorder among late pregnant women in Chongqing is high, more at- tention should be paid to the effects of family conflict and history of spontaneous abortion on sleep quality of late pregnant women, moderate sports can improve sleep quality among late pregnant women.
