摘  要:为解决传统的微带低通滤波器的宽阻带、窄过渡带和小型化性能不能兼顾的矛盾,本文设计出一种基于Hilbert分形DGS的微带低通滤波器。Hilbert分形DGS单元和半圆型并联枝节谐振单元级联构成该低通滤波器,Hilbert分形DGS单元可减小结构尺寸和通带内的反射损耗,并联谐振单元可有效抑制高次谐波分量。此外,针对DGS单元对微带线特性阻抗的影响,采用渐变微带线进行阻抗补偿,使滤波器的通带与阻带性能获得明显改善。测试结果显示滤波器通带范围为0~5.2GHz时,通带插入损耗0.3dB,阻带范围5.8~20.0GHz以上,面积为23.6mm×9.5mm。To solve the contradiction that the performance of broad stop-band,sharp cut-off and miniaturization of the conventional micro-strip low-pass filter cannot be met in the meantime,a Hilbert fractal defected ground structure(DGS)micro-strip low-pass filter was designed in this paper.The filter is cascaded by the Hilbert fractal DGS units and semi-circular shunt branches resonance cell.The Hilbert fractal DGS unit can reduce the size and the pass-band reflection loss.And the shunt branch resonance cell can restrain the higher order harmonic components effectively.Moreover,agradient micro-strip line was used to compensate the characteristic impedance caused by the DGS cell,improving both the pass-band and the stop-band performances greatly.The measured results show that insert loss is less than 0.3dB in the pass-band ranging from 0to5.2GHz,and the stop-band bandwidth is from 5.8to 20 GHz.The area of the filter is 23.6mm×9.5mm.
