区域经济发展环境下民办高校创新创业型人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：民办高校教育和社会经济发展之间的关系十分紧密,社会经济的健康发展离不开人才资源的支持,而民办高校作为创业型人才培养的重要基地,在当前形势下需要依据市场人才需求特点,有针对性地制定创业型人才培养策略,并在这一过程中要充分发挥自身的办学优势,构建科学完善的创新创业型人才培养模式,重点抓好师资队伍、创新创业教育课程体系及创业实践平台的建设。Owing to the close links between private higher education and social economic development, private universities, as an important cultivation base of startup- oriented talents, have to formulate the strategies for the cultivation of startup-oriented talents according to current market demands for a healthy development of social economy has to be based on human resources. At the same time, these universities should make full use of their own advantages to establish scientific and perfect cultivation modes for innovation and startup-oriented talents, of which emphasis should be placed on the construction of teaching team, curriculum system on innovation and startup and practical teaching platforms.
