摘　　要：详细介绍了AD9226高速模数转换器的性能性点,设计了基于AD9226高速模数转换器电路板。该系统能够在复杂的工作环境下完成数据采集,并具有在40 Msps的采样率下的0.1%的采样精度。对采集板的电磁兼容、布局布线等技术要点进行了分析。The performance characteristics of the AD9226 high speed analog-to-digital converter are introduced in detail and the printed circuit board based on the AD9226 high speed analog-to-digital converter is designed.This system can complete the data acquisition in the complex working environment and has a sampling accuracy of 0.1% at a sampling rate of 40 Msps.Meanwhile,the analysis is carried out on the technical points of the acquisition board＇s electromagnetic compatibility,layout,wiring,etc.
