摘　　要：在军队院校教育全面实行"向实战聚焦,向部队靠拢"的前提下,通过分析军队院校实训课程在教学设计、教学内容等方面普遍存在的问题,以"钳工技能实训"课程为载体,分别从明确学习目标、模块化教学以及考核结果3个方面进行了实战化课程体系建设,加强了实训教学与部队精神的衔接,完善了钳工实训教学的模块化训练,探讨了如何通过钳工技能实训课程来提高学员对装、设备的维护保养能力。In the full implementation of the military educational as the premise of＂Combat focus,closer to the troops,＂through the analysis of training courses in military academies in teaching design,teaching content wide spread problem,taking the Fitter Skills Training course as the carrier,according to the three aspects of specific learning goals,modular teaching and evaluated and results,this paper carries out the construction of combat curriculum system,strengthens the training teaching and spiritual forces of convergence,improves the fitter skills training teaching modular teaching,and discusses how to improve the students＇ ability to install and maintain the equipment.
