摘 要:目的分析食管癌病灶^(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)符合线路SPECT/CT显像靶/非靶摄取(T/N)比值的影响因素。方法对126例食管癌患者共203个病灶18 F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像图像进行分析,计算T/N比值,行相关因素分层分析。结果肿瘤病理类型、肿瘤细胞分化程度、治疗情况及原发灶大小组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。患者原发灶最大截面面积、肿瘤细胞分化程度和放疗情况是T/N比值的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论对于最大截面面积较大、分化程度较低食管癌原发灶,可通过^(18)F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像T/N比值对其葡萄糖代谢活性进行评估,从而制定更加周密的随访诊疗计划。Objective To analyze the factors influencing target/no target(T/N)ratio of^18F-deoxyglucose(FDG)uptaking in the patients with esophageal cancer by SPECT/CT coincidence imaging.Methods An analysis of ^18F-FDG SPECT/CT coincidence imaging was performed in 203 lesions of 126 patients with esophageal cancer.The ratio of T/N was calculated.The stratification analysis of relevant factors was carried out.Results There were significant differences between the lesions with different pathological types,degrees of cell differentiation,treatments and sizes(P〈0.05).Maximum cross sectional area of the lesions,the degree of cell differentiation and radiotherapy were the factors influencing T/N ratio(P〈0.05).Conclusion The T/N ratio of ^18F-FDG uptaking by SPECT/CT coincidence imaging can be used for evaluating the activity of glucose metabolism,which is helpful in making careful fellow-up and treatment plans,especially in the lesions with larger size and lower degree of cell differentiation in the patients with esophageal cancer.
