摘　　要：从体制机制、政策法规、技术人才等方面分析造成安徽省农村水环境污染治理进程出现问题的原因,并在此基础上提出相应对策,以期促进农村水环境改善,带动农村经济社会和谐发展。The reason of the problem and propose caused by water environmental pollution control in rural Anhui province was analyzed from the institutional mechanisms, policies and regulations, technical personnel. And based on this, the appro- priate countermeasures were proposed in order to promote environmental improvement of rural water, to promote rural econom- ic and social harmonious development.
