摘　　要：南宋名士方岳在其诗词中流露出鲜明而独特的休闲哲学。从心路历程上,他反思事功型生活,认同休闲风格,实现了从官场到山林的转向,并直接抒发"惜闲"与"夸闲"的心态。从价值观上,他将休闲与他物进行了价值比较,并直接阐发了休闲本身的种种价值。从工夫论上,他从心志调节(包括顺性之道和复性之道)、境域取舍(包括远离官场之境和走向山水之境)、载体依傍(包括倡导饮酒、诵诗、写诗、读书、著书等)三方面,为我们提供了如何实现高境界休闲的途径。Fang Yue, the Anhui Celebrity in the Southern Song Dynasty, shows a distinctive and unique philosophy of leisure in his poems. From the perspective of his mentality, he rethinks on the utilitarian type of life, sympathizes leisure style, realizes the turn from officialdom to mountains and directly expresses his mood of cherishing leisure and being proud of having leisure. From the perspective of values, he compares the value of leisure with other things, and directly analyzes the value of leisure itself. From the perspective of methodology, he tells us how to realize leisure of high level from three aspects： adjustment of mind, selection of environment and carriers which are needed.
