摘  要:目的:探讨补充芦笋黄酮对力竭运动大鼠抗氧化功能的影响,为运动补剂开发提供参考依据。方法:24只SD雄性大鼠随机均分为安静对照组(D)、运动组(E)和运动给药组(EY)。E和EY大鼠进行为期7周的递增负荷耐力训练,EY在运动前1h灌服3m L芦笋黄酮悬浊液,另两组同时间灌服同体积蒸馏水。E和EY最后一次至运动力竭即刻采样、检测有关指标。结果:EY较E更长时间运动力竭(P<0.05);与D比较,E和EY肝组织中CAT、T-SOD、GSH-Px活性、糖原含量低、MDA和血清GPT高(P<0.05);与E比较,EY肝组织中CAT、T-SOD、GSH-Px活性、糖原含量高、MDA和血清GPT低(P<0.05)。结论:补充芦笋黄酮提高了运动大鼠抗氧化功能和自由基清除能力,进而延缓机体力竭时间。Purpose : The paper was to explore the effect of asparagus flavonoids suspension on antioxidant function of exhaustive exercise rats. Methods: 24 male SD rats were randomly equally divided into control group (D) , exercise training group ( E ) and training with medication group (EY). Rats in E and EY were performed increasing intensity endurance training program in 7 weeks. Each rat in EY were applied with 3mL asparagus flavonoids suspension by oraladministration before 1 hour they began to exercise every day,another two groups were applied with the same volume of distilled water at the same time. Samples were collected and inspected at instant end of exercise of E and EY. Results: The result showed that the time rats in EY exercised to exhaustion was longer than E ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with D rats, the activity of CAT,T - SOD,GSH - Px and content of Hepatic Glycogen in E and EY were sig- nificantly lower, however, their MDA and GFF were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Com- pared with E, the activity of CAT,T- SOD,GSH- Px and content of Hepatic Glycogen in EY were significantly higher and its MDA and GPT were significantly lower( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Asparagus flavonoids can improve the activity of antioxidant and enhance the ability of removing free radicals in rats and delay exercise exhaustion.
