摘　　要：随着目前我国就业问题日趋严峻,大学毕业生的就业成本问题日益突出。基于国内外文献的梳理,本研究聚焦大学生就业成本,探索性地提出大学生就业成本包含五个维度,并选取广东省为例,调查分析大学生就业成本的现状及主要问题,试图寻求控制和降低就业成本的有效方法。研究结论为政府相关部门和各高校缓解就业成本给大学生及其家庭和社会带来的压力,提升大学生就业效率提供重要参考。With employment problem of college graduates becoming increasingly severe currently in China, the problem of employment costs has become increasingly prominent. On the basis of combing domestic and foreign related literatures, the purpose of this study is to explore the structure and content of the employment cost of college graduates. It also takes the University Students in Guangdong Province as the research object to explore the current situation of the employment cost. This study aims to find out the influencing factors of university students＇ employment cost and find effective ways to control and reduce the employment cost so as to relieve the pressure brought by employment cost to college students, families and society. The result will be helpful to attain the goal of improving the employment efficiency of college students.
