摘 要:目的:了解贵州省土源性线虫病监测点居民居住环境中土壤蛔虫卵的污染情况,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法:采用改良饱和硝酸钠漂浮法,检查各监测点居民的菜园、厕所周边、庭院和厨房土壤中蛔虫卵污染情况。结果:贵州省土源性线虫监测点土壤中蛔虫卵检出率高达48.50%,活受精蛔虫卵检出率为31.75%。菜园、厕所周边、庭院和厨房4种场所土壤中蛔虫卵检出率分别为57.00%、56.00%、51.00%和30.00%。结论:监测点居民居住环境土壤中蛔虫卵污染情况非常严重,今后防治工作中应引起重视。Objective :To understand the contaminative situation of Ascaris eggs of residents living environment at surveillance sites of soil transmitted nematode in Guizhou province, and provide evidence for the prevention and control of Soil borne nematode disease. Methods: Soil samples were collected from resident vegetable garden, Toilet peripheral , courtyard and kitchen , then a modified floatation test with saturated sodium nitrate was used for egg detection in soil samples. Results The detection rate of Ascaris eggs in soil was high up to 48.50 % at surveillance sites of soil transmitted nematode in Guizhou province. The detection rate of live fertilized Ascaris eggs was 31.75%, the detection rate of A-scaris eggs in soil from vegetable garden, Toilet peripheral , courtyard and kitchen were 57.00%, 56.00 %, 51.00 % and 30.00 %, respectively. Conclusion: The contaminative situation of Ascaris eggs of residents living environment at surveillance sites was very serious, which deserves our closest attention in future prevention and control.
