摘  要:为分析多间隙纵吹灭弧系统(MGS)灭弧效果,通过建立纵吹气流耦合电弧的数学模型,分析计算了灭弧管道中温度、电流、压力等参数。为了验证计算结果的正确性及此系统的续流猝灭效率,选取了幅值2 k A的工频电流电弧、灭弧管道个数为20的灭弧装置进行试验验证。计算结果证明:弧柱能量分段及自膨胀灭弧气流的叠加作用对工频续流电弧暂态发展有深度抑制效果,在50μs左右电弧电流衰减至最低值10 A。试验结果表明:MGS能够促使工频电弧在130μs内基本完成衰减,重燃率几乎为零,证明了该自能式灭弧的有效性与可靠性。In order to analyze the effect of multi-gap longitudinal arc-extinguishing system (MGS), we established a lon- gitudinal airflow coupled arc mathematical model. And by the model, we analyzed and calculated the arc-extinguishing pipe temperature, electric current, pressure, and other parameters. In order to verify the correctness of the calculation re- sults and the continuous flow quenching efficiency of the system, we selected the power frequency current arc with an amplitude of 2 kA and the arc extinguishing device with a number of 20 arc extinguishing pipes to test the arc suppression device. The results show that the superposition of are column energy and self-expanding are-extinguishing airflow have a deep effect on the transient development of power frequency freewheeling arc, the arc current decays to a minimum of 10 A at about 50 ~ts. The results show that the MGS can impel power frequency arc to basically complete attenuation in 130 ~ts, and the reignition rate is almost zero, which proves the validity and reliability of the self-energized arc-extinguishing.
