摘  要:为了探讨强气流下灭弧防雷间隙灭弧效果的影响因素,基于极快速电弧截断防雷新理论,对强气流下灭弧防雷间隙抑制电弧发展的机理进行了研究。采用链式电弧模型分析电弧元的运动情况,并求解电弧元速度方程。利用ANSYS AUTODYN模拟不同入口气压下气流场形态,得到气流速度数值仿真结果,并进行了灭弧试验验证。对每次试验的灭弧时间进行数据统计,进一步研究了灭弧防雷间隙的灭弧效果。结果表明:灭弧筒入口气压为20MPa时,气流速度可达573.9 m/s,且入口气压越高则气流速度越大,电流过零后气体介质强度恢复就越快,从而越利于熄灭电弧;灭弧时间实际数值与计算值趋于一致,电弧在4.6 ms内经拉长直至熄灭,且灭弧时间与故障电弧电流值负相关,与气流速度正相关,气流速度越大则灭弧时间越短。研究结果证明了气流速度对灭弧的重要性。In order to investigate the influencing factors of arc-extinguishing effectiveness of arc-extinguishing lightning protection gap under strong airflow, on the basis of the extremely fast arc-cutting lightning protection new theory, we re- searched the restraining arc development mechanism of arc-extinguishing lightning protection gap under strong airflow. Moreover, we used a chain arc model to analyze movement of arc element and calculate the arc element speed equation, and used the ANSYS AUTODYN to simulate the airflow field of different inlet air pressure values. Thereby, we obtained the numerical simulation of airflow velocity, and carded out arc-extinguishing experiment. Finally, we adopted statistical data according to arc-extinguishing time of each test to further study the effect of arc-extinguishing. The results show that when the arc tube inlet air pressure is 20 MPa, the airflow speed can reach 573.9 m/s. The higher the arc tube inlet air pressure, the bigger the airflow speed, the faster the recovery of gas medium after current zero, the more conducive to arc-extinguishing. The actual value of arc-extinguishing time is in agreement with the calculated value, arc will elongate until being extinguished in 4.6 ms. Arc-extinguishing time is negatively correlated with fault arc current, and it is posi- tively correlated with the airflow velocity, the higher the airflow velocity, the shorter the arc-extinguishing time, which demonstrates the importance of airflow velocity to arc-extinguishing.
