摘 要:为研究极低频磁场(ELF-MF)暴露对罗非鱼生长的影响,选用200尾罗非鱼在不同磁感应强度的磁场(磁感应强度分别为0、30、100、200μT,频率为50 Hz)中持续暴露30 d时间,停止暴露后,继续监测15 d时间;并在磁场暴露期间和停止磁场暴露后定期测量罗非鱼的全长、体长、体高和体质量,同时监测其胃蛋白酶活性和肠蛋白酶活性。结果表明:暴露30 d时间时,未暴露组生长优于其他暴露组(概率P<0.01);极低频磁场暴露停止后,暴露组罗非鱼的生长状况得到改善(P<0.05);且不同极低频磁场暴露对罗非鱼的消化蛋白酶活性具有可逆性抑制作用(P<0.01),其中磁感应强度为100μT的磁场的抑制效应最为明显(P<0.01),但暴露停止后抑制效应可得到恢复(P>0.05)。极低频磁场暴露使得罗非鱼消化酶活性的降低,尤其是胃蛋白酶活性的降低,可能是导致罗非鱼生长状况受抑制的原因之一。To investigate the effects of ELF-MF exposure on growth of tilapia, 200 fish were exposed to ELF-MF (50 Hz; 0, 30, 100 and 200 pT) for 30 days, respectively, and keep on monitoring for 15 days after the cessation of exposure. The total length, the body length, the body height and the body weight of the Tilapia were regulanly measurend during expo- sure and after the cessation of exposure, and the activity of repsin and intestinal protease were also monitored. The results showed that the growth of fish were significantly decreased (P〈0.01) after exposure in certain intensities of ELF-MF for 30 days, but recovered (P〈0.05) when the exposure was removed. Consistently, the activities of pepsin and intestinal pro- tease of tilapia similarly changed. These data indicate that ELF-MF exposure may result in transient inhibition of the growth and digestion of fish. And the decrease of the activities of pepsin may be related with the growth restrain of fish.
