出版体制改革对学术成果信息生态系统的影响

摘　　要：本文探讨了出版体制改革对学术成果信息生态系统中学术成果信息、学术成果信息主体、学术成果信息环境的影响。出版体制改革使学术著作和学术论文数量增加、质量上升;作者的数量增加、经济利益明显减小、社会利益有所增加;出版机构的数量增多、经济利益明显增大、社会利益略有上升;读者的数量增加、经济利益明显减小、社会利益稍微增加;导致学术人文环境转变,促进学术物质环境改善,推动学术制度环境创新。This paper discussed the influence of publication transformation on academic achievement information, academic achievement information subject and environment of the achievement information ecosystem. Publication transformation lead to a series of changes： the quantity of the academic papers, the academic books, the authors, the publication organizations and the readers increasing; the quality of the academic papers and the academic books rising; the economic interest of the authors and the readers obviously reducing; the social interes of the authors, the publication organizations and the readers iiacrieasing; the chang- ing of academic humanistic environment, the improvement of academic material envirenment, and the innovation of academic sys- tem environment.
