摘  要:在抽水蓄能机组调试过程中,水泵断电试验是验证机组电气与机械性能的重要试验。以某抽水蓄能电站1号引水系统内的1号和2号机组为例,进行了一管双机切泵试验,测试并记录了机组的各项参数变化曲线,分析了水泵在断电过渡过程中不同测点的压力变化规律。通过对蜗壳进口压力和尾水管进口压力测值进行加窗傅里叶变换,确定了尾水管压力脉动的主要原因为管路共振。试验结果表明:各测点的压力均在调节保证值范围内,机组停机流程正确,各项电气与机械指标均符合设计要求。Pump load rejection test is an important way to verify electrical and mechanical performance of pumped storage units during commissioning. For a pumped storage power plant, bi - pump load rejection test of No. 1 and No. 2 units within No. 1 diversion system was performed. In the test, the graphs of different unit parameters were recorded and the pressure variation laws of different measuring points during the transient process of pump load rejection were analyzed. The windowed Fourier transform of pressure values at spiral case inlet and draft tube inlet indicated that the main cause of the pressure fluctuation was pipeline resonance. The bi - pump load rejection test shows : the pressure of different measuring points is within the limit ; the unit shut- down process is correct; the electrical and mechanical parameters meet the design requirements.
