摘 要:当前,抽水蓄能电站的自动发电控制系统均采用等比例有功分配的方式,这样往往会致使高水头的水能资源没有得到充分利用。结合抽水蓄能电站机组的运行特性,建立了抽水蓄能电站自动发电控制系统有功负荷优化分配数学模型,根据模型的特点,提出了改进的双向动态规划在线并行解算的方法,该方法能够满足抽水蓄能电站自动发电控制的实时性要求。在此基础上,通过对全厂总有功负荷在机组间的优化分配,使全厂的总发电耗水率降低了1%以上,有效地提高了抽水蓄能电站运行的安全性及经济性。At present, the equal- proportion active load allocation is usually adopted in the automatic generation control (AGC) system of pumped storage power stations, which leads to low efficient utilization of the high - head water resources. According to the operation features of pumped - storage units, an optimal active load allocation model is established for the AGC system of pumped storage power station. In this model, an improved on - line bidirectional dynamic parallel programming algo- rithm is proposed, which can meet the requirement of real - time control of AGC system. By the optimal active load allocation of the units, the water consumption of the whole plant has reduced 1% - 3% , and the safety and economic efficiency of the pumped - storage power station is effectively improved.
