摘　　要：介绍了玻纤同步带的生产过程,分析了产品问题所在的原因,着重分析了玻璃纤维细纱的生产工艺,选用合适的硅烷偶联剂与RFL胶乳匹配,提出了偶联剂的作用机理,并将不同的硅烷偶联剂应用在玻璃纤维浸润剂中,通过性能评价筛选出已知粘合性最好的硅烷偶联剂。文章认为,选用A189作为橡胶增强纱的偶联剂可以使得制品的性能达到最佳。Based on the glass fiber processing process at user side, the company analyzed the causes of product problems, chose the right silane coupling agent compatible with RFL latex, and applied the silane coupling agent into the glass fiber size. According to the results of actual tests made by the users, the company screened out a type of silane coupling agent with best performance. This article considers that choosing A189 as the silane coupling a- gent for rubber reinforcing yam can get best product properties
