滋肾养心疏肝法配合腹四穴埋线治疗围绝经期综合征的临床观察及对性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的评价滋肾养心疏肝法配合腹四穴埋线治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果及对性激素水平的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2015年6月~2016年6月在陕西省榆林市第二医院就诊的150例围绝经期综合征患者分为治疗组和对照组,各75例。治疗组给予滋肾养心疏肝法配合腹四穴埋线治疗,对照组给予坤泰胶囊+逍遥丸,4周为1个疗程,两组均治疗1个疗程。比较两组治疗前后改良的Kupperman评分(KI)、血清促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_2)和促黄体素(LH)的水平变化,以及两组治疗后1、2、3个疗程的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后KI评分均较治疗前显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后FSH、LH水平均较治疗前显著下降,E_2水平均较治疗前显著上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、2、3个疗程,治疗组临床疗效均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋肾养心疏肝法配合腹四穴埋线治疗围绝经期综合征临床效果满意,安全性较高,副作用低,可能与降低血清FSH和LH水平、提升E_2水平有关。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of nourishing kidney and heart, dispersing stagnated liver qi method cooperated with abdominal four points embedding therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and its influence on the levels of sex hormone. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with perimenopausal syndrome treated in Yulin Second Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The treatment group was given nourishing kidney and heart, dis- persing stagnated liver qi method combined with abdominal four points embedding therapy, the control group was given Kuntai Capsules ＋ Xiaoyao Pills, 4 weeks was as a course, both groups were treated for one course. The modified Kup- perman scores （KI） and the levels of serum follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）, estradiol （E2）, lutropin （LH） of the two groups before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment for 1, 2, 3 courses were compared. Results The KI scores of the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment, the dif- ferences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the levels of FSH, LH of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the levels of E2 were higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; after treatment for 1, 2, 3 courses, the clinical curative effects of treatment group were better than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nourishing kidney and heart, dispersing stagnated liver qi method combined with abdominal four points embedding therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome has satisfied clinical curative effects, the security is high, the side effects are less, which may be related to decreasing the levels of serum FSH, LH and increasing the levels of E2.
