摘　　要：本文立足黄南藏族自治州实际,阐述了践行普惠金融过程中取得的经验和成效,分析当前发展普惠金融尚存在的一些问题,并针对问题提出充实和完善普惠金融组织体系、鼓励和支持金融机构发展普惠金融、进一步加大普惠金融资金支持力度、开拓融资渠道等建议。Based on the actual situation of Huangnan municipal Prefecture, this paper expounds the experiences and achievementsin the process of implementing Inclusive Finance, analyzes some problems existing in the current development of Inclusive Finance,and puts forward the enrichment and perfection of Inclusive financial organization system, Support fmancial institutions to develop In-clusive Finance, and further increase the Inclusive financial funds to support efforts to develop financing channels and other recom-mendations.
