摘　　要：在我国人口老龄化日益加重的背景下,加速地方养老金融的发展,是缓解人口老龄化压力,加速商业银行业务转型的必然选择。本文分析了镇江市养老金融在发展过程中存在的共性问题和典型特征,参考国际上养老金融发展的经验,探讨相关对策与建议。Under the background that the number of the aging population has increased, accelerating the development of localpension finance is an inevitable choice to alleviate the pressure of the aging population and speed up the transformation of commercialbanks＇ business. The paper analyzes the common problems and typical characteristic existing in the process of the development of thepension finance in Zhenjiang city, refers to the international experiences of the development of the pension finance, and explores therelevant countermeasures and suggestions, which is of great significance to promote the development of China＇ s pension finance.
