企业资金拖欠:表现形式、形成原因及金融服务——基于陕西省三地市的调研

摘　　要：本文以陕西省三个地市为例,对经济运行中资金拖欠问题进行了研究。资金拖欠主要体现为三个方面,资金拖欠主要与企业经营方式、经济形势及资金管理能力有关。从金融服务角度看,缓解资金拖欠问题,应重点发展应收账款融资、拓展多元筹融资渠道、强化资金拖欠监测和信息沟通机制。Taking three cities in Shaanxi province as the sample, the paper studies the problem of capital arrears in the economicoperation. The capital arrears mainly reflects in three aspects, and it is mainly related to the way of operation of enterprises, the eco-nomic situation and the ability of capital management. From the perspective of the financial services, alleviating the problems of capi-tal arrears should be focused on the development of accounts receivable financing, expansion of diversified financing channels andstrengthening of the monitoring and information communication mechanism of capital arrears.
