植物生长调节剂对对节白蜡扦插生长的影响

摘　　要：研究了不同浓度IBA、NAA水溶液浸泡对节白蜡(Fraxinus hupehensis)春梢和秋梢扦插后愈伤率、生根率、苗高、地径、节间数的影响。结果表明:春梢插穗的愈伤率、生根率、苗高不同处理之间呈极显著性差异,IBA 125 mg/L处理效果最佳,愈伤率、生根率、苗高分别为79.5%、77.0%、13.7cm。秋梢插穗的愈伤率、生根率、苗高不同处理之间也呈极显著性差异,但以NAA 150mg/L处理效果最佳,愈伤率、生根率、苗高分别达92.0%、80.0%、9.6cm。The influence of different concentrations of IBA solution and NAA solution on the injurying rate,rooting rate,seedling height,diameter and the number of relative burl of the spring shoot cutting and the autumn shoot cutting of Fraxinus hupehensis was studied.The results showed that the plant growth regulators had a highly significant difference on the injurying rate,rooting rate and seedling height of the spring shoot cutting and autumn shoot cutting.The 125mg/L IBA was the best and the injurying rate,rooting rate and seedling height of the spring shoot cutting were 79.5%,77.0%and 13.7cm respectively.Treating with 150mg/L of NAA was the best and the injurying rate,rooting rate and seedling height of the spring shoot cutting were 92.0%,80.0% and 9.6cm respectively.
