摘  要:为了研究白藜芦醇对牛精液冷冻保存效果的影响,本试验在牛精液冷冻稀释液中添加白藜芦醇,测定冷冻-解冻后精子的总抗氧化能力、丙二醛含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力。结果表明,随着白藜芦醇浓度的升高(15~150μM),精子T-AOC和GSH-Px活力逐渐增强,MDA含量降低。稀释液中添加150μM白藜芦醇时,精子GSH-Px活力和MDA含量分别达到113.3μmol/L和96.14nmol/mL,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);100μM组精子T-AOC最高,但与150μM组差异不显著(P>0.05);白藜芦醇浓度为200μM时,T-AOC及MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但GSH-Px活力与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。This study was aimed at investigated the cryopreservation ef{ects of resveratrol on bovine semen, different con- centrations of resveratrol were added intofrozen diluent, and antioxidant indexes including total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), malondialdehyde (MDA) content and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity were measured. The results showed that with the increase of resveratrol concentration (15 tIM-150 μM), the T-AOC and GSH-Px activity of bovine sperm increased while MDA content decreased gradually. The GSH-Px activity and MDA content in group added 150 btMresveratrol were 113.3 mol/ 1 and 96.14 nmol/ml, respectively, and were remarkably higher than that in control group (P〈0.05). Besides, T-AOC of 100 μM group was the highest, but no significant difference were observed compared to 150μM group (P〉0.05). T-AOC and MDA content of the group added 200 μM resveratrol were significantly lower than those in control group, while theno differ- ence o{ GSH-Px activity between the two groups were found (P〉 0.05).
