基层兽医实验室布氏菌病检测常见问题分析

摘　　要：琥红平板凝集试验(RBT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)仍然是甘肃市县两级官方兽医实验室必须使用的布病检测方法。虽然实验室掌握了这两种检测方法,但在操作细节和结果判定中存在许多问题。笔者从两种方法的优缺点,RBT检测结果判定、出现假阳性与假阴性原因分析,SAT相关问题,样品制备与检测建议等5个方面对存在的问题进行了阐述和分析。对科学全面系统掌握本检测方法,提高检测结果的准确性具有重要指导意义。The Rose Bengal Test （RBT）and the Serum Agglutination Test （SAT）are still the official brucella detection methods in veterinary laboratory, which must be used in Gansu Province. Although, these two detection methods have been mastered, there are still many problems in the operational details and result determination. This paper studied and analyzed the existing problems from the following five aspects： the advantages and disadvantages of two methods, the judgement of RBT as well as the causes of false positives and false negatives, SAT related issues, sample preparation and testing suggests. The studyhas important guidance to master the detection method and improve the aecuraey of test results.
