新疆绵羊肺腺瘤病临床诊断与组织病理学观察

摘　　要：为了进一步了解近几年新疆绵羊肺腺瘤病的临床表现以及病理变化情况,在对新疆部分地区绵羊肺腺瘤病的流行病学调查的基础上,对两只有典型临床症状的绵羊进行临床病理学诊断。通过对患病羊的流行病史调查、临床症状观察、解剖检查及组织病理学观察的方法,对其进行诊断。结果表明,驱赶病羊时步态僵硬出现咳嗽、气喘、呼吸困难等症状,"小推车试验"时有大量稀薄液体从鼻孔流出,剖检可见肺脏体积增大,质量增加,质地坚硬,病羊肺实变,有大量形态不规则灰白色或浅黄褐色结节。显微镜下观察,可见肺泡上皮细胞和支气管上皮细胞大量增生,形成肺肿瘤,腺上皮细胞分泌大量黏液使细胞粘连形成细胞团块。本研究丰富了国内对该病的临床病理调查,为更深入的研究OPA的发病机理及其生物学特性奠定基础。In order to further understand the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of ovine pulmonary adenomatosis （OPA） in Xinjiang, two sheep with typical clinical symptoms were conducted with clinic pathologic diagnosis based on the epi- demiologieaI investigation of ovine pulmonary adenomatosis in part regions of Xinjiang. The sheep were diagnosed with epide- miological investigation, clinical symptom observation, anatomical examination and histopathological observation. The results showed that the sheep walked stiffly with cough, asthma, dyspnea and other symptoms. ＂Small cart test＂ indicated that there were a large number of thin liquid flow from the nostrils. The anatomical results demonstrated that the lung volume and weight increased, with hard texture, disease pulmonary consolidation and a large number of irregular gray or pale yellow brown nod- ules. Under the microscope, alveolar epithelial cells and bronchial epithelial cells propagated rapidly and formed lung tumor and epithelium cells adhered to cell mass with mucus secreted by themselves. This study enriches the clinical pathology of the dis- ease and lay the foundation for further study of the pathogenesis of OPA and its biological characteristics.
