雏鸡霉形体病诊断与防控

摘　　要：民勤县某孵化场11批累计入孵种蛋181 500枚,受精蛋166 073枚,受精率91.50%。孵化后期死胚5 431枚,出雏期死胚3 737枚,啄死病雏2 093只;出壳病雏6 942只,共淘汰死胚、雏鸡18 203只,占受精蛋10.96%。经实验室血清学及细菌学检验,确诊为败血霉形体和滑膜霉形体病。药敏试验选择高度抑制霉形体菌体的消毒液,对种卵和孵化、出雏设备、场所进行严格消毒,有效控制了本病的发生。Eleven batches of eggs up to 181 500 were hatched on a hatchery inMinqin County. Among them, 166 073 eggs were fertilized and the fertilization rate up to 91.50%. However, 5 431 embryos died at the later hatching stage; 3 737 embryos dead in hatching period; 2 093 chicks were pecked to death and the sick chicks up to 6 942. Totally, the elimination of dead embryos and chicks up to 18 203, account for 10.96% of fertile eggs. The disease was diagnosed as gallisepticum and synovial mycoplasmosis by laboratory serology and bacteriology test. Drug sensitivity test used disinfection which inhibited mycoplasma highly to disinfect the eggs, incubation and hatching equipment. Eventually, the disease was effectively controlled.
