高原型大型矿用挖掘机的研究

摘　　要：标准型挖掘机只适合在海拔低于2 000 m的低海拔地区运行。为了适应高海拔地区的特殊气候特征,针对标准型挖掘机的设计特点,通过改善电气元器件的电气绝缘强度、增加司机室增压制氧功能、增加通风除尘风机风量等方式,研制了一种高原型大型矿用挖掘机。Standard mining electric rope shovel is only applicable to the area below 2 000 meters above sea level. In order to adapt to the special climate in high altitude area,according to the design features of the standard mining electric rope shovel,we developed a plateau-type large mining rope shovel through improving the electrical insulation strength,increasing cab pressurization oxygen function and increasing air volume of ventilation fan,etc;.
