参附注射液联合奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗进展性脑梗死临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察参附注射液联合奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法将84例进展性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各42例。对照组将奥扎格雷钠160 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 m L中静脉滴注,每天1次;治疗组在此基础之上将参附注射液50 m L加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 m L中静脉滴注,每天1次。两组患者均连续用药14 d。观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学指标、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组患者总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的54.76%,两组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组神经功能缺损评分及血液流变学指标改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,对照组有1例,治疗组有2例患者输注部位出现轻微发红,不影响治疗,均未予干预,未见其他不良反应发生。结论参附注射液联合奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效优于单用奥扎格雷钠注射液,且安全性较好,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenfu Injection combined with Sodium Ozagrel in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 84 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the control group,160 mg of Sodium Ozagrel was infused into 250 mL of 5% glucose solution,qd. In the treatment group,Shenfu Injection of 50 mL,adding 5% glucose injection 250 mL intravenous infusion,qd. 2 groups of patients were used for 14 d. The neurological deficit scores,hemorheological indexes,clinical efficacy and ADR were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 83. 33% in the treatment group and 54. 76% in the control group,there was significant difference between 2 groups（P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with before treatment,the neurological deficit score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the improvement of hemorheological indexes of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was also significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. During treatment ,1 case with mild infusion site redness in the contorl group ,and 2 cases in the treatment group,which didn′t affect the treatment,without intervention. No other ADR was occurred. Conclusion Shenfu Injection combined with Sodium Ozagrel in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction is superior to the single Sodium Ozagrel group,and the safety is better.
