摘　　要：目的分析医院骨质疏松用药咨询内容,为药师开展相关咨询工作提供参考。方法以2016年医院骨质疏松用药咨询记录为对象,按咨询人员情况、咨询药物品种、咨询内容进行分类汇总、分析。结果 2016年全年,医院骨质疏松用药相关咨询在总咨询人数、总咨询药品例次数、总咨询问题例次数中的占比分别为38.56%,43.72%和41.70%,以50~65岁人群、女性患者、鲑鱼降钙素喷鼻剂用药咨询、"用法用量"相关咨询居多。结论药师对咨询记录进行总结和分析,可发现药物咨询中的常见问题,有利于药师开展有针对性的、实用性较强的咨询工作,更好地体现自身价值。Objective To analyze the consultation content on osteoporosis drugs in order to provide reference for pharmacists to carry out relevant consulting work. Methods According to consultants,consulting drugs and consulting content,the consultation records on osteo-porosis drugs in a hospital in 2016 were analyzed. Results In 2016,the proportions of osteoporosis drugs related consultations in the total consultations on consultants,consulting drugs and consulting content were 38. 56%,43. 72% and 41. 70%,respectively. The main osteoporosis drug related consultations were from 50-65 years old,women patients,on salmon calcitonin nasal spray or on ″usage or dosage″. Conclusion The pharmacists′ summary and analysis of the consultation records can be found in the common problems in drug counseling,which is helpful for the pharmacists to carry out targeted and practical counseling work to better reflect their own value.
