中医药治疗特发性肺间质纤维化研究进展

摘　　要：特发性肺间质纤维化是呼吸系统常见病、多发病,西医治疗效果差强人意,近年来,中医药治疗特发性肺间质纤维化显示出了良好的应用前景。该文从病名、病因病机、辨病辨证、中药复方、单味药及提取物治疗等方面系统综述特发性肺间质纤维化的中医药治疗进展,为临床研究提供参考。Idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is a common and frequently-occurring disease of the respiratory system,however,the therapeutic effect of western medicine is just passable. In recent years,Chinese medicine has shown a good application prospect in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. In this paper,the progress of treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis treated by traditional Chinese medicine was systematically discussed from the aspects of disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,treat-ment based on syndrome differentiation,compound traditional Chinese medicine,and treatment by single substance drug and extractives,so as to provide reference for clinical research.
