摘  要:传统的雷达系统受制于电子学速率瓶颈,在高速微波毫米波生成和采样等方面遇到很多问题。微波光子雷达运用光子学手段和合成器件,替代传统雷达系统中的一些关键部件,可以以光子学方法解决这些问题,生成雷达的射频发射信号,对射频信号进行上变频,对射频接收信号直接进行光采样,对射频信号进行下变频,对射频接收信号进行微波光子滤波,进行光学真时延控制,和用光子射频移相器替代传统移相器。文中对微波光子雷达这些方面的替代和改进分别进行了介绍,指出它们的优势,并重点对目前最新的光子学软件化定义相干雷达和多相干波段光子学相干雷达做了核心结构的分析。光控相控阵雷达和多相干波段光子学雷达以大带宽的优势,有望引领新一代雷达发展方向。As traditional radar system is subject to the electronic speed bottleneck, there are many problems in high speed microwave and millimeter wave generation and sampling. With photonics and photonic microwave devices, photonics - based radars can replace some key components of the traditional radar system, and can solve problems above. By photonics, RF signals of radar for transmission can be generated, up - conversion and down - conversion of RF signals can be achieved, optical sampling of received RF signals can be completed, received RF signals can be filtered, optical true time delay can be achieved, and the traditional RF phase shifter can be replaced by the photonic RF phase shifter. Replacement and improvement above are introduced in this paper with their advantages pointed out, and the core structure of latest photonics - based software - defined coherent radar and photonics - based multi- band coherent radar are discussed. Optically controlled phased array radars and phntonics - based muhiband coherent radars, with advantages of huge bandwidth, are expected to lead to the radar of the next generation.
