摘　　要：目的:探讨使用一次性包皮切割缝合器行包皮环切术后出现不良事件的原因及预防措施。方法:观察分析应用一次性包皮切割缝合器进行包皮环切术360例患者的术后各种不良事件发生情况。结果:360例患者中术后出血15(4.2%)例,顽固性包皮水肿17(4.7%)例,缝合钉延迟脱落21(5.8%)例,切口延迟愈合4(1.1%)例,切口感染4(1.1%)例,切口裂开6(1.7%)例。发生不良事件的患者经过对症处理后预后均良好。结论:一次性包皮切割缝合器用于治疗包皮过长安全有效,但仍有一定比例的不良事件发生,需采取相应预防处理措施。Objective：To explore reasons and preventive measures of adverse events induced by circumcision with disposable circumcision suture device. Methods ： From February 2014 to July 2016,360 cases of patients underwent circumcision with disposable circumcision suture device. The adverse events were observed and the reasons were analyzed. Results：The adverse events included postoperative bleeding （ 15 cases, 4.2 % ）, stubborn sex wrapping edema （ 17 cases,4.7 % ） ,delayed coming off of nail suture（ 21 cases, 5.8% ） ,incision delayed healing （4 cases, 1.1% } , infection of incision （4 cases, 1.1% ） , and incision dehiscence （ 6 cases, 1.7 % ）. All of them were given symptomatic treatment and had good prognosis. Conclusion：Circumcision with disposable circumcision suture device is a safe and effective treatment,but some adverse events may occur and need to take corresponding preventive measures.
