防火门隔热性能质量分析研究

摘　　要：分析GB 12955-2008《防火门》标准中对防火门的耐火性能的要求,分析防火门芯材的隔热性、填充工艺、含水率对防火门隔热性能的影响。给出门锁处加防火板、龙骨与门板加一层防火板、门框处开槽并粘贴防火膨胀密封条等措施对隔热性差的部位进行处理的方法。从原材料、结构、工艺三方面提出提升防火门隔热性能的建议。The requirements on fire resistance in standard of GB 12955-2008 Fire doorwere analyzed,and the influence of heat insulation,filling technology,moisture content of core material on the heat insulation of fire door was analyzed too.Measures as adding fireproof board at lock,adding fireproof board between keel and door plank,making groove at doorframe and pasting fireproof expansion sealing trip were put forward to enhance the heat insulation at weak position.The suggestions from the materials,structure and technology were put forward to enhance the heat insulation of fire door.
