摘 要:为明确欧亚旋覆花中总黄酮质量分数随生长时期的变化情况,以及总黄酮质量分数与抗真菌活性之间的关系,采用紫外分光光度法测定了5个生长时期欧亚旋覆花根、茎、叶和花中总黄酮的质量分数,并测定了不同时期总黄酮提取物对植物病原真菌的抗菌活性.总黄酮质量分数测定结果表明:5月份采集的欧亚旋覆花茎和叶中含有大量的黄酮类化合物,其总黄酮质量分数分别为5.88%和6.13%,超过花序中总黄酮的质量分数.总体上欧亚旋覆花花朵总黄酮提取物对植物病原真菌的抗菌活性较为明显,对小麦赤霉病菌以外的其他5种植物病原菌的抑制率都在60%以上,但欧亚旋覆花各组织总黄酮质量分数与其抗菌活性没有直接相关性.In order to understand the relationship between the content of total flavonoids and growth period,and the antifungal activity and the content of total flavonoids,the contents and antifungal activities total flavonoids from roots,stems,leaves and flowers of Inula britannica in 5 growth period by UV spectrophotometry were studied in this paper.The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids obtained from stems and leaves of I. britannica were 5.88%and 6.13% respectively,which were higher than flowers'.In general,the total flavonoids extracted from flowers showed stronger antifunga activities against five tested phytopathogens except Gibberella zeae,and the inhibition rates were higher than 60%.But there was not obvious correlation between the antifungal activities and total flavonoids contents.
