摘　　要：脱轨自动制动阀在检修分解开槽螺母扁销时,需要氢氧切割,开槽螺母槽口存在被割伤的问题。分析该问题导致的后期影响,提出在检修分解过程中应注意的问题,并就减少开槽螺母被割伤的问题提出改进方案。This paper introduces the problem of notch cut of examine and disassemble the cotter of castellated nut of the derail latter working stages caused by this problem. Giving advises onthe castellated nut due to ox hydrogen cutting, when auto brake valve. And the further influence to the examination and disassembles of the cotter of cas- tellated nut of the derail auto brake valve, also, improvements for decreasing the cuts of castellated nut.
