复杂跟骨关节内骨折钢板内固定术后并发症的分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨复杂的跟骨关节内骨折钢板内固定术后的并发症原因分析。方法 选取2011年1月至2014年2月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的Sanders分型Ⅲ型及以上的复杂跟骨关节内骨折的切开复位钢板内固定手术者84例（98足）,均获随访,分析术后并发症的发生原因。结果 84例患者共随访10~38个月,平均28个月。术后,切口感染5足,距下关节炎6足。结论 切开复位钢板内固定术是治疗复杂的跟骨关节内骨折比较有临床效果的方法,选择适当的手术时机、熟悉掌握术中操作技巧,并于术前做好周密的准备,可有效减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the causes of complications after internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods A total of 84 patients （98 feet） were analyzed according to the Sanders classification of calcaneus above type m fractures were open reduction and internal fixation surgery and follow-up in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2011 to February 2014,the complications were analyzed. Results A total of 84 patients with an average follow-up of 28 months （range from 10 to 38 months）,incision infection occurred in the foot of the foot,the occurrence of subtalar arthritis of 6 feet. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation method for the treatment of complex intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus with clinical effect,proper operation time,preoperative careful preparation,familiar with the operation technique,can reduce the incidence of complications.
