摘 要:为了解决沉降后浇带浇筑时机与工期的矛盾,结合实际工程的地质条件和施工工况,综合考虑筏板、多桩和地下水等因素,运用数值模拟的方法建立了主、裙楼的桩筏基础-土体三维有限元数值模型,对主楼和裙楼的沉降和差异沉降发展过程进行计算分析,揭示了高层建筑桩筏基础沉降发展规律;将数值计算结果与现场跟踪沉降监测数据对比分析,建立主、裙楼之间的差异沉降发展时间-过程模型;结合主楼和裙楼差异沉降曲线,依据《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB 50007—2011)差异沉降的控制标准,建议了沉降后浇带最佳浇筑时机的确定方法。经数例工程实例验证,该计算模型具有一定的工程适用性。In order to slove the contradiction between the casting moment decision of post-construction joint and the construction period , based on geological conditions and practical construction stages of a practical project, considering the functions of raft, piles, groundwater and other so on, a three-dimensional finite numerical model of soil and piles supported raft foundation of main building and affiliated building was set up and the courses of settlement and difference settlement between main and affiliated buildings on piles supported raft foundations were calculated and analyzed to reveal settlement development law of pile raft foundation for high-rise buildings. Then the results of numerical simulation and filed monitoring data were compared to establish a model considering development time and process of the difference settlement between the main and affiliated buildings. Finally, according to the differential settlement curves of the main and affiliated buildings and the differential settlement control standard in Code for design of building foundation (GB 50007--2011 ), the decision-making method on casting moment of post-construction joints between the main and affiliated buildings was suggested. The suggested model had been practical applied to several projects.
