慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理门诊的建立及管理

摘　　要：为改善COPD患者的生活质量、提高患者的满意度和专科护士工作的积极性。2011年我院建立了COPD护理门诊,选择2名工作15年以上、具有丰富临床经验和较强的沟通能力的副主任护师负责COPD护理门诊,主要针对出院后COPD稳定期和门诊收治的无需住院治疗的各级COPD患者开展护理评估、个性化的肺康复计划制订、健康指导、长期追踪随访等活动。通过门诊调查发现,患者对生活质量改善的满意度达96%,对护理服务质量的满意度达98%。For the purposes of meeting the needs of COPD patients for health education, decreasing times and costs of re-hospitalization, and increasing patient satisfaction and nurses＇ working enthusiasm. In 2011, our hospital established a specialist nursing clinic for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）, and two nursesentitleddeputy directorswith rich clinical experiences for more than fifteen years and strong communication skills were selected to take charge of the clinic, and they were responsible for nursing assessment, making individualized pulmonary rehabilitation plan, health guidance, long-term follow up, etc., for discharged stable COPD patients and COPD patients with no need for hospitalization. Patient satisfaction was improved from 83% to 96% after implementation.
