摘　　要：总结胰腺坏死感染阶梯微创手术引流管护理经验,成立引流护理专项管理小组,实施分阶段引流管护理管理。第1阶段护理重点为:协助穿刺置管、单部位单管固定引流、动态观察引流效果;第2阶段护理重点为:单部位多管固定引流,严密监测负压引流效果,加强患者活动状态下引流管的保护;第3阶段护理重点为:多部位多管固定引流、院内感染的预防、患者出院引流管护理指导。本组62例治愈率为91.93%,住院期间无非计划性拔管发生。This paper summarized drainage tube nursing experience instep-up mini-invasive surgery for infected pancreatic necrosis,special management group for drainage nursing was established,and drainage tube management in stages was implemented. Nursing key pointsin the first stage was： catheter puncture assistance,single-site and single-tube fixed drainage,anddynamicdrainage effect observation. Nursing key points in the second stage was： single-site and multi-tube fixed drainage,close surveillance for negative pressure drainage effect,and strengthened protection of drainage tubeduring patient activities. Nursingkey points in the third stage was： multi-site and multitube fixed drainage,prevention of hospital-acquired infection,and discharge guidance for patientsin drainage tube care. The cure rate of this group was 91.93% with 62 patients,and there was no occurrence of unplanned extubationduring hospitalization.
