摘　　要：总结1例噬血细胞综合征患者行单倍体造血干细胞移植术并发皮肤损害的护理经验。在造血干细胞移植后,免疫功能尚未重建、粒细胞缺乏阶段,相继出现肘关节皮肤、肛周皮肤、双侧腋下皮肤破溃,波及到肩胛部,占全身体表面积的13%。针对患者皮肤破溃的部位与皮肤破溃的情况,采用抗感染与促进创面愈合相结合的方法,选用不同的敷料进行护理,取得了良好的效果,皮肤破溃处愈合,患者转至普通病房。The nursing experience of one hemaphagocytic syndrome patient with skin damage complication who underwent haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were summarized. The patients gradually appeared ulceration of elbow joint skin, perianal mucosa, and bilateral axillary skin during the phase of agranulocytopenia and immune inhibition after transplantation. The overall skin ulceration area was accounted for 13% of total body surface area. We chose different dressings, combination anti-infection with promoting wound healing for nursing and achieved great effect. The skin lesions gradually healed and the patient went to the general ward successfully.
