摘 要:海上风电具有广阔的发展前景。目前海上风电场普遍采用交流电缆送出方式,因电缆充电无功大,存在注入系统无功多、导致部分母线电压超标等问题。首先分析了海上风电机组的无功功率极限,计算了海上风电经电缆送出系统的无功/电压数值关系;从降低海上风电工程建设造价和充分发挥风电场参与系统无功控制能力的角度设计了综合利用风电机组无功输出能力和电网侧高抗的配置方案,在此基础上提出了海上风电场无功协调控制策略;采用中国江苏省实际电网结构,设计了海上风电场接入系统算例,基于实际风速数据进行了风电场满载、半载及轻载运行工况下的动态仿真验证,结果表明了所提配置方案和控制策略的可行性和正确性。Offshore wind power has a wide developing space in future. At present, most of offshore wind farms are connected to power grid with AC cables. Because of large reactive power generated by the cable, there exist problems such as too much reactive power injection to system and overvoltage at related buses. In this paper, reactive power limit of offshore wind turbines was analyzed firstly. Numerical relationship between reactive power and voltage of offshore wind farm integrated power grid was calculated. In order to reduce construction costs of offshore wind farm and make full use of reactive power and voltage control capability of wind turbines, a configuration scheme of comprehensive utilization of wind turbine reactive power output capacity and I-IV shunt reactor at grid side was designed. Then a coordinated reactive power control strategy of offshore wind farm was proposed. Dynamic simulation was conducted based on a designed offshore wind farm integrated power grid with a real power grid structure and parameters in Jiangsu province, China. Simulation results under operation conditions of full, half and zero output based on real wind speed data show that the proposed configuration scheme and control strategy of reactive power are feasible and correct.
