摘  要:特高压交直流接入后显著影响省级电网运行控制特性。在分析特高压交直流电网自身特点的基础上,提出集输电能力分析、典型方式建立、安全稳定评估及应对策略、电压无功评估、短路电流分析、小干扰稳定分析为一体的省级电网适应性研究方法,揭示了特高压落点后应重点关心的省级电网自身问题和外部电网影响问题,并提出了应对策略。以河北电网实际运行数据为例,采用PSD-BPA电力系统仿真软件验证了所提方法的有效性。Provincial grid operation and control features are significantly affected after UHV AC/DC line connection. On basis of analyzing UHV AC/DC grid's own characteristics, assessment method of provincial grid adaptation is proposed in this paper. Several tools are combined into this method, including transmission capacity analysis, typical mode establishment, security and stability evaluation and coping strategies, voltage and reactive power evaluation, short circuit analysis and small signal stability analysis. Provincial grid's own problems and those affected by external power grid that should be focused on after UHV substation connection are revealed. Coping strategies are also proposed. Taking Hebei Grid actual operation data as example, effectiveness of the proposed method is verified with PSD-BPA simulation software.
