摘　　要：社会信息需求的变化和公共信息服务质量的提升要求进行公共信息服务供给侧结构改革。公共信息服务的供给侧结构改革必须着力于公共信息服务类型和形态两个方面。文章将公共信息服务区分为基本型与发展型两种类型,对其内涵与特点进行比较分析,并阐述了两者之间的关系。梳理了公共信息服务形态的发展变化,认为"可视化"是公共信息服务形态发展变化的基本趋势。为实现公共信息服务供给侧结构改革,本研究提出了若干改革原则和可供选择的路径与方法。The change of social information demand and the promotion of public information service quality require the public information service to carry out the structural reform of the supply side. The structural reform of the supply side should focus on two aspects： service types and forms. The public information service can be divided into basic type and developing type. The connota- tions and features of the two types are compared and analyzed, and the relationship between the two types is clarified. The paper sorts out the developmental changes of public information service forms and holds that ＂visualization＂ is the basic trend of its devel- opment. In order to achieve the structural reform of the supply side of public information service, the paper puts forward a number of reform principles and alternative approaches and methods.
