摘　　要：基于调研数据,运用结构方程模型建立农民专业合作社经济效益评价体系,设置潜变量和测变量,运用因子分析法进行研究。实证分析农民专业合作社经济效益的影响因素,研究结果表明,政策扶持和农业技术对农民专业合作社经济效益具有显著影响因素的假设不成立,内部治理结构、领导能力、生产因素和市场因素对农民专业合作社经济效益具有显著影响。因此,提出完善政府对农民专业合作社的扶持政策,有效推广农业科学技术,完善合作社内部治理结构,提高合作社管理层的能力和降低生产成本等对策。Based on the survey in 887 Specialized Farmers Cooperatives in Hebei Province,the paper es- tablishes an evaluation system of the economic benefits of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives by means of structural equation modeling（SEM）. With 7 latent variables and 23 observed variables,the factors affecting the economic benefits of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives will be analyzed. The result shows that the hy- pothesis that the policy support and agricultural technology are significant factors is not valid. The internal governance structure, the leadership, the production and market factors significantly affect the economic benefits of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives. In view of this result, the paper suggests some countermeas- ures, such as to strengthen the government policy support,to promote agricultural Science and technology, to perfect the internal governance structure of the cooperatives, to improve management capabilities, and to reduce production costs.
