高山滑雪场游客安全救护模式研究——以张家口崇礼区为例

摘　　要：通过内容分析法、现场调查法、访谈法和问卷调查法对张家口部分滑雪场安全救援体系的现状进行研究。发现雪场安全管理体系不够完善,救援设施设备陈旧,安全救援人员人数和救援运输工具不足、救援队伍技术等级和医疗队伍资质未能达到安全经营要求。建议提高安全意识,完善组织机构设置;加强对安全救援人员和救援队伍的管理;提高雪场医疗急救水平,增加安全救援设备器械资金的投入。By means of content analysis, field survey,interview and questionnaire, the paper analyzes the safety and rescue system in some of the ski resorts in Zhangjiakou. The result reveals the following prob- lems：the safety management system is imperfect; the rescue equipment and facilities are old; there are in- sufficient safety rescue personnel and rescue vehicles; and the technical level of the rescue team and the qualifications of the medical team fail to meet the requirements of safe operation. Such suggestions are made as raising tourists; safety awareness, establishing a perfect organizational structure, strengthening the safety management of the rescue personnel and the rescue team, improving the standard of giving the first aid treatment in the resort ,and increasing investment on rescue equipment and facilities.
